By using the Website and creating a user profile, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by Moraka Interiors’ Terms & Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are important and should be carefully noted as they contain provisions which, within the limits of the Consumer Protection Act.Your use of our Website signifies your consent to us collecting and using your personal information as specified below.
- We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect it.
- To purchase a Product, Customer must include the selected Product in the “Shopping Bag” by clicking on the relevant button, fill in the order proposal and select the payment method.
- The Order Confirmation will include a summary of the essential characteristics of the purchased Products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment and information on delivery charges.
- Orders placed may be declined or cancelled if the products are out of stock or damaged. In this circumstance, if an order has been cancelled where credit card has been the method of payment the amount will automatically be refunded back to the credit card.
- We will notify you as soon as we can if any Items Ordered are not available.
Shipping & Delivery
- All Moraka Interiors products purchased from www.morakainteriors.co.za will be shipped to the supplied delivery address within 5-7 business days of purchase.
- Please note that our Courier Company will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. Our Courier Company require that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.
Privacy & Security
- Please note that Moraka Interiors does not disclose any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. We do not keep a record of, or store, any part of your credit card details.
- Moraka Interiors does keep records of certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact details, shipping address and billing address. This information is necessary in processing your order. You are empowered to change this information by editing your "Personal Details".
Returns & Replacements
- Please note we don’t offer refunds but any product may be returned for credit or exchange within 5 days from date of purchase provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid invoice. Customers are liable for the cost of returns.
- Any product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Moraka Interiors reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet our return policy.
- Merchandise returned to Moraka Interiors will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the Client’s account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Moraka Interiors online shop allows credit card owners to purchase Moraka Interiors products over the internet. Once payment has been confirmed, these products will be shipped to a delivery address stipulated by the purchaser.
- Moraka Interiors currently only delivers within South Africa.
- Please note that there is a standard delivery fee of R100.00 per order.

- The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of all applicable taxes and any applicable surcharges. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs shall be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately upon check out.
- Delivery costs will not be refunded on items returned. We reserve the right for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse or accept payment on any order.
